I have worked in Sudan as a photographer for diverse projects in filming and tourism. One commission was to design a leisure facility for the site of the Fair of Khartoum.

During my trips, I worked with and documented the lifestyle’s of the Sudanese people. Near the confluence of the Blue and White Niles, I gained a rooftop viewpoint from the Friendship Palace hotel and with a 500mm lens on my trusty old Niko, F2 I looked at the fishermen working on the Blue Nile.

I doubt the images I saw and recorded have changed for thousands of years.
